All appointments are scheduled in advance to ensure proper time for sizing, customization, and welding.

Once your inquiry is received, availability, pricing, and any additional details will be confirmed before your appointment is finalized.

Please allow 48 hour notice to complete and secure your appointment request. 

You may request your booking to be completed at our work studio located in Woodbridge, Connecticut or ask about parties and event availability, where we can come to you!

DEPOSITS & REFERALS: 

Please note there is a $15 non-refundable per each Plated Metal chain in your requested booking deposit to secure our time together.

If you've been referred to by someone you know, please inform us in your booking request so you can receive a 10% discount or choose a free charm during your appointment. 

For jewelry repairs and real metal jewelry chains, please request a consultation appointment that requires a prepaid fee of $25.00

PAYMENT METHODS:

Your non-refundable deposit request will be invoiced and sent to your email address where you can complete your payment details through PayPal Business. A receipt will be emailed to you for your buyer protection. Alternatively you may choose to send payment through Zelle.
